Pan Gutters or Box Gutters

Built-in gutters are moreover referred to as “box gutters” or “pan gutters.” These gutters are considered concealed roof drainage systems because they are not easily visible. Built-in gutter systems do not take away from the historic integrity of a building, nor to they detract from architectural moldings or cornice details. Because these systems are “unseen” they are often forgotten & neglected. The easiest way to care for your built-in system is to keep it free of debris & prevent standing water which moreover can shorten their life.
